Spinach/Basil Pesto Pasta

Cooking Time


2 c. basil leaves

2 c. baby spinach

6 T. walnuts

2 T. nutritional yeast

2 T. lemon juice

4 T. water

1# whole wheat or gluten free pasta


Cook pasta as directed.

Add all other ingredients into your food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour over cooked pasta and mix well.
