Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1 T chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup coconut flakes (optional)

1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (optional)


Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl until well mixed. 

Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then roll into balls.

Can be stored in fridge for up to 1 week.
