Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Hummus


1 can garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)

1/4 cup cashews

1/4 cup + 2 T pure maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 T rolled oats

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 cup chocolate chips (can use vegan chocolate chips)


Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor; blend until smooth (about 2 minutes).

Fold in the chocolate chips and serve.  (or store the hummus and add the chocolate chips just before serving)
