Buffalo Wing Hummus

Prep Time

5-10 minutes


2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed (or 2 1/2 cups cooked)

2-3 cloves garlic

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp paprika

5 T Frank's Hot Sauce

1 T distilled white vinegar

1/2 tsp kosher salt (optional)


Put all ingredients into food processor or powerful blender; puree until smooth and creamy.

Serve with veggies or whole grain crackers.
