As a two-time cancer survivor, I have made significant lifestyle changes over the past several years and have shared my own transformation on my blog, Lights Cancer Action. I know what it takes to be successful in the journey to optimal health.
Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on counting something—calories, points, carbs, fats, and/or proteins—or they are a one-size-fits-all approach.
My approach includes coaching my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their individual situation. While I specialize in plant-based nutrition, I am open to the bio-individuality that exists from person to person.
