ABOUT ME

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore his or her wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

 

As a two-time cancer survivor, I have made significant lifestyle changes over the past several years and have shared my own transformation on my blog, Lights Cancer Action. I know what it takes to be successful in the journey to optimal health.

 

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on counting something—calories, points, carbs, fats, and/or proteins—or they are a one-size-fits-all approach. 

 

My approach includes coaching my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their individual situation. While I specialize in plant-based nutrition, I am open to the bio-individuality that exists from person to person.

Cravings. We all have them.
